The sword was created in honor of Toyotomi Hideyoshi:
Born in 1537. as the son of a peasant, he became one of the most powerful people of his time. His story began as a soldier, and because of his extraordinary strength in battle and negotiation skills, he quickly made a career out of it. He became Daimyo under O. Nobunaga. After the assassination of Nobunaga, he and his army moved to Kyoto to take over power in the empire.
Hideyoshi was known for the impressive helmet he wore in battle.
Blade:
High-quality carbon steel, fully hardened at 45 HRC.
Incl. Blood groove to optimize weight and grind Hamon. Sharpen!
Saya (sword shell):
Made of wood, painted black.
Sageo (ribbons) made of cotton and gold-colored shito dome (decoration on the loop hole).
Tsuba:
Shows Hideyoshi with battle armor.
